About

US

Myself and many other contestants were on a 60 day road trip in the Drakensburg Mountain. We featured on the “Cook in Africa” reality show. On this road trip we had to gather naturally grown vegetables and fruits to prepare our meals. It was then that I cooked a soup and called it Mofire soup. The name “mo” – is short for more + “fire” put together give More-Fire a phrase used to express delight or satisfaction.

We made Mofire soup in a place where there was scarce resources or food.

From this cooking show I was inspired to open my own restaurant, and the Mofire soup became our house specialty.

Our food has been inspired from nature. We have organic food, game meat and wild fruits and vegetables.
